YOUR BUILD, YOUR WAY

Every truck we build is tailored to its owner. From stance and suspension to interiors, drivetrains, and finishes, we work with you to create a classic Ford that matches your vision while delivering modern reliability and comfort.

BUILD SERIES

BASE MODEL

IMG_6441.jpeg

The Base Model build is far from basic. This package retains the original donor body floorboards, firewall, interior, and dashboard to preserve the truck’s authentic character and classic feel. Modern upgrades such as air conditioning, an updated steering column, SuperCab rear seating for Crew Cab builds, and optional upholstered or aftermarket seating are incorporated to improve comfort and drivability. By maintaining much of the original structure and interior, this package offers a more efficient build timeframe and a lower overall investment while still delivering a refined, custom touch to your classic Ford.

HALF-FIREWALL

IMG_6442.jpeg

The Half-Firewall build blends classic styling with enhanced modern functionality. In this package, new floorboards and the majority of the updated firewall are integrated into the original cab while retaining the factory dashboard to preserve the truck’s vintage character. This approach allows for a fully customized interior featuring modern seating, center consoles, and upgraded finishes. Whenever possible, contemporary features are seamlessly incorporated into the original dash, including updated HVAC controls, infotainment systems, and modern conveniences—delivering improved comfort and technology without sacrificing the timeless feel of a classic Ford.

FULL-FIREWALL

IMG_6443.jpeg

The Full-Firewall build delivers the complete modern driving experience while maintaining the timeless appearance of a classic Ford. In this package, the original cab is fully integrated with the new firewall and floorboard assembly, allowing the truck to retain the full functionality, comfort, and technology of the donor vehicle. Customers receive the modern dashboard, seating, controls, and interior features in their entirety, while subtle interior modifications are made to ensure a seamless fit within the vintage body. The result is a truck that combines classic exterior styling with the performance, convenience, and refinement of a modern pickup.

BODY DONORS IN STOCK

‘61-‘66 “slick side”

IMG_2516_edited.jpg

We currently have a range of single and crew cab bodies available, including unibodies, cab-and-bed pickups, and F600s. Among these, the factory crew cabs are especially rare, with only around 400 ever produced. Choosing a crew cab will be the most expensive option in that configuration, though pricing is otherwise comparable to Bumpside and Dentside builds in the other setups.

‘67-‘72 “Bump Side”

IMG_2517_edited.jpg

This generation introduced the iconic “Highboy” F-250s, and we strive to keep a strong selection of single cab, crew cab, and F-600 bodies available. Crew cabs became more common during this era, though they’re still considered relatively rare. Cab size also increased compared to the previous generation, making 1967 and newer trucks a great choice for those who need extra interior space. In terms of cost, this sits in the middle range for a crew cab build.

‘73-‘79 “Dent side”

IMG_2518_edited.jpg

Dentsides were produced in large numbers and quickly became one of the most popular body styles. The 1975 model year also introduced the “Super Cab” option. We regularly stock single cabs, Super Cabs, and crew cabs in this generation, along with multiple F-600 bodies, and we occasionally have Broncos available as well. For a crew cab build, this is typically the most affordable option while also offering the most interior space.

For the absolute most possible space in any style cab, we can stretch the cab. This raises your cost significantly but will give you the super-roomy feel of a new truck. We choose to stretch the doors instead of just the cab, so your pickup will look proportional instead of having a blank space behind the rear doors.

Donor platforms

F150

IMG_2519_edited.jpg

F-150 based builds offer a great way to enjoy a classic pickup with modern comfort and convenience. They provide a smooth, comfortable ride while still maintaining solid capability for light work and utility use. These platforms also make excellent foundations for hot rod-style builds. We typically recommend 2018 and newer chassis to take full advantage of the 10-speed transmission. Engine options include the 5.0L Coyote V8, the 3.5L EcoBoost V6, and the 3.0L Power Stroke V6 diesel. The 5.0L is the most popular choice, especially since we also offer a supercharged package for those looking to take performance to the next level.

F250, f350 & f450 super duty

IMG_2517_edited.jpg

Super Duty based builds deliver a true workhorse platform. They’re one of the most popular choices for custom builds thanks to their strong balance of power, torque, and payload capacity. Whether you need a weekend boat hauler, a dependable work truck, a camper tow rig, or even a daily driver, these trucks are built to handle it all. We primarily build on 2020 and newer platforms to take full advantage of the 10-speed transmission, along with engine options that include the 7.3L V8, 6.2L V8, and both standard and high-output versions of the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. The Super Duty platform is highly versatile and supports a wide range of aftermarket upgrades, including lift kits, super single conversions, and even hydraulic suspension setups that can deliver a ride quality closer to a half-ton truck.

RAPTOR

IMG_2518_edited.jpg

Ford’s Raptor platform stands as the benchmark for factory-built performance trucks. With exceptional power, sharp handling, advanced suspension, and nearly every desirable feature already included, Raptor-based builds are an absolute blast in any environment. We typically recommend either the 2011–2014 (Gen 1) or 2023+ (Gen 3) platforms for most builds. Gen 1 Raptors feature a 6-speed transmission paired with the 6.2L V8, available in both base and fully optioned configurations, and are known for their durability and strong aftermarket support. Gen 3 builds benefit from a 10-speed transmission, Fox Live Valve shocks, and a unique 5-link rear suspension system. For these trucks, we generally recommend the 5.2L V8 found in the Raptor R package, though EcoBoost configurations are also available and buildable.

Engine packages

The 3.5L EcoBoost is a twin-turbocharged gasoline V6 known for its strong, responsive power delivery and impressive low-end torque, making it an excellent balance of performance and fuel efficiency. While we generally lean away from it in some builds due to past reliability concerns, newer EcoBoost engines have become significantly more robust, with many earlier issues addressed. These engines are commonly found in most F-150 models as well as Gen 2 and Gen 3 Raptors. Power ratings include: * 2018–2020 F-150: 375 hp and 470 lb-ft * 2021–2024 F-150: 400 hp and 500 lb-ft * 2017–2024 Raptor: 450 hp and 510 lb-ft

3.5L eco boost

5.0l/5.2l coyote predator

The 5.0L Coyote and its high-performance counterpart, the 5.2L Predator, are two of Ford’s most respected and reliable V8 engines. Both utilize a dual overhead cam design, delivering a broad powerband, strong performance, and excellent airflow efficiency. The 5.0L Coyote is available across a wide range of F-150 configurations, while the 5.2L Predator is exclusive to the Raptor R platform. The 5.0L is a popular choice for hot rod-style builds and budget-conscious projects thanks to its availability, reliability, and strong aftermarket support with plenty of room for future upgrades. The 5.2L Predator sits at the top of the half-ton performance world, making it the ultimate option for high-end, all-out builds. Power ratings include: * 2018–2024 F-150 (5.0L Coyote): 395 hp and 400 lb-ft * 2023 Raptor R (5.2L Predator): 700 hp and 640 lb-ft * 2024 Raptor R (5.2L Predator): 720 hp and 640 lb-ft

7.3 godzilla

Ford’s newest pushrod V8, the 7.3L Godzilla, has quickly earned a reputation as an excellent choice for a wide range of builds. With a broad powerband, strong low-end torque, and solid overall efficiency, it performs equally well as a dependable workhorse or a comfortable daily driver. Available exclusively in the Super Duty lineup, the 7.3L can be found in F-250 and F-350 models from 2020 and newer. Power ratings include: * 2020–2024: 430 hp and 475 lb-ft

6.7 powerstroke

The 6.7L Power Stroke has become the cornerstone of Ford’s heavy-duty truck lineup. With factory output reaching up to 500 horsepower and an incredible 1,200 lb-ft of torque, these engines deliver serious performance straight from the showroom. Whether you’re building a dedicated tow rig or an all-out powerhouse, the 6.7L Power Stroke is an exceptional choice. Power ratings include: * 2020–2026 Standard Output: 475 hp and 1,050 lb-ft * 2023–2026 High Output: 500 hp and 1,200 lb-ft

3.0l powerstroke

The 3.0L Power Stroke is a less common option for F-150 based builds, but it offers excellent fuel economy and strong low-end torque. It’s a great fit for a comfortable commuter or capable weekend warrior setup. These engines are generally reliable and deliver impressive torque for their size, though they fall short of more modern gas engines when it comes to overall horsepower. Because of that, we typically recommend the 5.0L for most customers. We also do not regularly stock the 3.0L, so a donor vehicle will usually need to be sourced due to the limited availability of these trucks. Power ratings include: * 2018–2021 F-150: 250 hp and 440 lb-ft

6.2l boss

Originally introduced in the 2010–2014 Raptor lineup, the 6.2L V8 has proven itself as an excellent engine for both towing and performance-oriented builds. Known for its durability and reliability, the 6.2L remains a popular choice thanks to its strong torque delivery and long-lasting reputation. These engines can be found in Gen 1 Raptors as well as 2018–2022 Super Duty trucks. Power ratings include: * 2011–2014 Raptor: 411 hp and 434 lb-ft * 2018–2022 Super Duty: 385 hp and 430 lb-ft
